Abstract

As core components of the international dissemination matrix for “Picturesque Zhejiang”, the Culture of Tang poetry in Eastern Zhejiang and the Chines tea-wine culture also serve as vital pathways for promoting fine traditional Chinese culture globally. Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative and the 14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Development, mutual appreciation and exchange between fine traditional Chinese culture and world cultures have continued to deepen. However, the international dissemination of such culture is currently plagued by a common limitation: “Symbolic Reduction”. Overreliance on isolated traditional symbols has become increasingly ineffective for cross-cultural cultural exports. This paper responds to that challenge from an intercultural communication perspective to develop an innovative integrated framework of “Zhejiang-Tang culture + Chines tea- wine culture + international dissemination”. This framework contribute to provide actionable insights for advancing the creative transformation and global outreach of traditional culture.
