The core of comprehensive emergency care for acute pancreatitis is early fluid resuscitation, organ-protective measures, and nutritional support. The primary task is to provide aggressive fluid resuscitation in the emergency department within 72 hours of onset (especially the first 12-24 hours), combined with analgesia, inhibition of pancreatic enzyme secretion, monitoring for complications, and early transfer of high-risk patients (severe SAP) to the ICU, following a treatment strategy that emphasizes both systemic and local aspects.
