Abstract

As a new concept in the field of international trade, new quality productivity is an efficient productivity under new technological conditions. With the transformation of domestic economic structure and policy changes, it deepens globally through international trade treaties as a carri-er and global economic integration as a prerequisite for development. Today, RCEP is a regional trade agreement established by China as a member country, with the highest requirements, high standards, and pursuit of high-quality development. With RCEP as the core entry point, study the terms of new qualitative productivity contained in RCEP and the corresponding practice of member countries, and clarify the multidimensional utility of new qualitative productivity to countries along the "the Belt and Road" through RCEP.
