Research on the Path of Digital Economy Empowering Rural Industrial Revitalization in Yongzhou from the Perspective of Hnan –Guangdong Collaboration

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the Digital China strategy and regional coordinated development, the digital economy has become a key driver for promoting high-quality development of rural industries. This paper takes Yongzhou City in Hunan Province as the research object and focuses on how digital technologies can effectively penetrate and integrate into rural industries within the framework of Hunan–Guangdong collaboration. It explores the empowerment mechanisms from the dimensions of platform construction, value chain extension, factor allocation, and organizational coordination. Furthermore, it systematically analyzes constraints in infrastructure, talent support, financial services, platform integration, and interregional cooperation mechanisms. Based on this analysis, a path optimization strategy centered on a "five-in-one" model is proposed, aiming to provide practical reference for prefecture-level cities in central and western China to explore digital empowerment of rural industries under regional collaboration.
