Innovation and Practice of Dynamic Community Communication of Intangible Cultural Heritage Crafts

Abstract

The Hezhe Ethnic Group's fish skin crafting technique is among the first batch of national-level intangible cultural heritage in China. It serves as the core carrier of the Hezhe people's fishing and hunting culture and an important component of the diverse culture of the Chinese nation. In the process of modern social development, this technique is confronted with survival dilemmas such as heritage discontinuity and insufficient public awareness. The "Light of Intangible Cultural Heritage - Hundred-Community Communication Program of Hezhe Ethnic Group's Fish Skin Crafting Technique" takes 100 communities in Harbin as the practice field, adopts a dual-main-line inheritance model of "intangible cultural heritage + traditional culture", and constructs a diversified and three-dimensional communication and inheritance system. Based on the practice of this project, this paper conducts an analysis from three dimensions: cultural inheritance, practical innovation, and reference value. It systematically sorts out the practical paths of the project in the inheritance of the Hezhe fish skin technique and the integrated communication of diverse traditional cultures, explains the core mechanism of the project's secondary inheritance, refines the experience that can be learned for the inheritance of other intangible cultural heritage projects and the cultivation of intangible cultural heritage talents in colleges and universities, and provides practical samples and theoretical references for the dynamic inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
